What We Do

Labour Supply

We supply trainees and improvers in all construction trades to contractors across the UK. Sourced from local colleges, the workers have a proven track record of attendance, and the drive to become experienced construction workers.

Contractors save on labour costs while helping young people to gain a foothold in construction. At the same time they make an essential contribution to the local community. Our charge rates are low, our terms are 14 days notice and invoices are due within 14 days, with no temp to perm fee.

Payment Management

New CIS legislation sought to reduce the administrative burden of paying construction workers, but it has increased dramatically. Our payment management service allows contractors to pay any number of sub-contractors under one invoice. A charge of £15 per payment is made to the sub-contractor, so operating new CIS is effectively free for contractors. The sub-contractor no longer has to be verified every time he works on a new contract, which speeds up the payment process and provides continuity in his tax affairs.

Environment, Health & Safety

The safety of CWC Workforce employees and protecting the environment is of prime importance. All employees and sub-contractors are trained and empowered to be responsible for the safety of every worker on site and to be strongly aware of environmental issues.

Working Under CIS

The tax office clampdown on employing construction workers doesn’t mean the end for the self-employed in the industry.
